Our Naked Cowboy.

This child really cracks me up. First of all, she's wearing only a diaper. Second of all, she picks a cowboy hat to wear. Next she grabs her beloved monkey, a medicine dropper, and a medicine cup and pretended to give her monkey medicine because "he was sick". Apparently she does her best job taking care of others when naked and donning a cowboy hat.
