Over the last couple weeks, Kylan has acquired 2 backpacks. One we got for 10 cents at a garage sale (it has that Nick Jr. icon "Mouth" on it) and the other was the "gift bag" holding a Veggie Tales plate/bowl/silverware set that was a gift way back when (that she just now is able to use). Backpack has also been one of her favorite words to say since she first saw the character of "Backpack" on Dora the Explorer. Also, between my parents and Ryan and I we have 3 different backpacks that we use to take Kylan on walks or hikes. So now that she has her own, she likes to fill it up, put it on, carry it around, take it off, empty it out, and start the process all over again.
