Mom & Dad/Grandma & Grandpa Birthdays.

My parents are cool enough to share the same birthday.  I've always thought that was pretty sweet.  They met, at 12 and 13 years old, when they were in  band class.  They, each with their own group of friends, happened to be sitting near each other one day when the band director mentioned that there would be a band concert falling on a May 22nd.   Both of them turned simultaneously to their group of friends and said "That's 2 days after my birthday".  As each said it, they noticed that they heard someone else's voice from near by say the same thing.  That was their first encounter with each other- thus beginning a long romance to come.  Now after 27 years of marriage, 3 kids, and many shared birthdays we have the Mike and Diane Busch that we all know and love today.   Today, May 20th, is their birthdays and we (Ryan, Kylan, Nate, Trisha, Rachel, and I) made dinner and dessert for them and had an evening of celebration here at our house.
