Ryan and I decided to start some Christmas baking around midnight- and between baking cookies, making and coloring homemade icing, and also turning white cake mix into colored Christmas cake treats, it took us 3 hours before we finished. At 3am, we were certainly ready to be done and just go to bed, but we were glad we had a bit of festive fun together.
These pictures don't do the mess justice. It was a massive, colored, sticky, crumby, cluttered mess in a small confined space. Every inch of counter top, stove top, and sink was covered.
