Garage Sales.

Can I just say, I love garage sales.  With working, being busy, sleeping in on Saturdays, and then having a baby, we really haven't been to any for a couple years.  But we realized we really should take the time to get up and go to some because of the amazing deals that are possible- ESPECIALLY when you have a baby/toddler and are looking to find toys, clothes, and all kinds of baby gear/needs.  A lot of families only have one or 2 kids that have used any of the given items and some are in almost brand new condition.  And once they are done, they want to give someone else a chance to use these items at a MUCH lower cost.  This is where we come in.  On Saturday, we went to 3 garage sales within a mile of our house, and then to an allotment sale in Carrington Estates in Jackson, totaling  around 8 or 9 stops.  We found some things we needed for ourselves or that Kylan could use at almost every single one of them.  We came home with what would have surely been around $300 in merchandise, but that we only paid a total of $35.70 for.  YAY!  Can't help but celebrate that:)
